ZillowVERIFIED We started looking for our first home when we were about to welcome our 3rd baby. We had absolutely no clue on how to buy a house or even begin looking for one. We were the very definition of aEURoefirst time buyers.aEUR? We met with Shelly and made the whole process seem so smooth. We made lists of wants and needs in a home and she helped us through the whole approval and mortgage process too. We never felt alone and she even answered every inquiry we had no matter the time of day. She is a naturally good people person and she let us know we were in control of the buying process on our end. We saw dozens of homes and she was always quick to get us a showing of houses we found online. When we put offers in and were unsuccessful in obtaining the contract on the house she reassured us that it was just not the one. Shelly was professional and we would recommend Brown and Westendorf Realty to any of our friends and family. The service they provide is unmatched and we dont just consider them our realtors but our friends. They walked us through step by step. We never had to wait for replies from either of them. We had quite a ride in our process and they helped in every facet. We used Matt Brown to sell our home in Calhoun, KY and he was, attentive, professional and reliable throughout the whole process. The Brown/Westendorf Real Estate Team stands out as the best in our area, their social media presence is strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Matt, and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of additional information in the selling process. Matt made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. Another great method they utilized in listing our home was a 3D virtual tour. This home had many family memories and having the ability to take this 3D virtual tour with us on a thumb drive to visit virtually, after it sold, gives us the ability to always go back and see how the house looked. Just a thoughtful, nice gesture. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract less than 10 days after we put it on the market at full asking price. Matt walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt Brown told us a few things to do to get the house ready to put on the market. We did them. Had open house on a Saturday and had 2 offers on Sunday. We signed a contract Sunday afternoon. He kept us informed all along the way. Two years ago we put the house on the market with Castlen realty and the sales lady didn't stay for the open house. She unlocked the door and left. We cancelled them the next day. Thank you Matt Brown for selling our house so quick.
