Review We took Matt on a JOURNEY and he was knowledgeable, kind, calm and responsive through it all. We started panic looking when I got pregnant because we were going to need another bedroom, didnt find what we needed in time, took a 7 month break from the house hunt and started the search again this spring. Fast forward to the week we finally closed and we had 2 different closing dates with pre settlement occupancy in our new house and post settlement occupancy in our old house, so many questions, and he handled everything. Now 2 weeks after being moved in we've still had questions and hes still there to help. If youre high-strung and need someone very calm through it all, youll need Matt.

Review I truly cant recommend Matt enough! He helped us buy our first house in 2017. A few years ago, we decided to start looking for our forever home. With rates sky high and inventory low, Matt stuck with us for over 2.5 years until we found the right one. He always made time for showings, showed up with a positive attitude, even laughing through all the not-so-good houses with us, and never pressured us to make an offer. We got ourselves into a few, multiple offer situations and he presented creative options to win the deal aEUR" which worked on our dream home! Not only is he a wonderful buyers agent, but hes a wonderful listing agent as well. Matt came to our house several times over the last few years and gave advice on what may be worth upgrading before listing our house. Timing worked out well that we could list our house right before we left for vacation, and Matt was extremely accommodating and made sure we had the images and virtual tour done in time to make that happen. He made both processes easy to navigate, always made himself available for questions, was extremely responsive and above all we always felt Matt was working in our best interests. Review Matt was our agent when we bought our first house in 2019, and we just used him to sell that house and buy a new one in 2026. We didnt know much about real estate back then, but Matt made the process super simple. He made sure we had everything we needed in order and was always willing to go on showings or answer questions. 7 years later, he made buying a new home and selling the first one just as easy. We found a house that we thought looked great in the pictures but wanted to see it in person. Matt knew we were a little ahead of our schedule to buy a house at the time, but he took us on a showing anyways within a couple days of that text. We ended up loving the house and we had an offer on it within a week. Matt did a great job of walking us through how we should negotiate the price of the new house since it was on the market for a while. We got a great deal and the whole process was smooth and easy because of Matt. After we were moving forward on the new house, we started the process to sell our first house. Even with other comparable homes to us in the area we were selling, ours was under contract in six days for over asking price. The competition houses didnt get under contract for a couple of weeks. Matt truly went above and beyond with the listing and was advertising the listing anywhere he could and had a great photographer take the photos. On open house day, he put signs up everywhere and that really stood out to me. There were 3 other homes with open houses that same day, and not a single one of them had a sign. Matt put signs all the way by the highway near our house. And his hard work paid off, because we were the first under contract. Just like with buying, he made selling stress free and made sure we knew everything we needed with ample time. If you are looking for an agent, you would have a hard time finding one better than Matt. He truly cares about his clients, and with all three of our deals, he was invested in them just as much as us. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

During that time we made a couple of offers which were not 'compentitive' enough (i.e. peopel out-bidding each other). During this time Matt was exceptional. He was patient with us. While we were still looking at houses his wife had a baby but he was still always willing to show us houses and answer any questions we had, so if that doesnt go to show how responsive and easy to work with them I dont know what does. He was very laid back and never made us felt like we had to buy a house right now, we closed on a house pretty quickly but I feel like if we didnt Matt would have shown us as many as it took til we found the right one. On top of being a great realtor he also has a great personality and easy to get along with. If youre nervous about buying your first house or are buying your fifth one you cant go wrong with Matt. We dont have any other realtors to compare to, but if we were to do it again we would absolutely choose him.

Review Matt is an excellent realtor. If you asked me to draw my dream house it would have been a large ranch in the country. This was our second house we've bought and I thought we knew everything when it came to buying a house. Matt had my wife and I describe our perfect house, after showing us a few listings that matched our description Matt realized he'd found everything we wanted but in a house we had wrote off previously because it wasn't a ranch. He asked us to trust him, I'm glad we did, within 10 minutes of pulling up the driveway and walking the property we knew it was the house for us. It had everything we could of ever wanted plus more. I never dreamed we could live in a home this nice. The house was at the top of our budget but Matt assured us he could get them down and although I was skeptical he did and got it for under our dream price. Even got them to leave their lawnmower so we didn't have to buy one. We honestly couldn't be any happier. On multiple occasions Matt canceled whatever he had planned for the day to come show us homes. At one point he even canceled a date to show us this home, that's how much he cares and how committed he is to getting you in your dream home.
