ZillowVERIFIEDMatthew helped me with the purchase of my first home in Jamestown, TN in 2022. He shoots you straight and will tell you what is good to go and what is not. I hope to work with him again in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDI honestly couldnt have asked for a better realtor, a true Godsend. We arent originally from the area and he made the whole process extremely easy and effortless (partly because he did a ton of work to go above and beyond for us). He really cared about us and treated the property we purchased as if it was his own. He looks out for your best interest with every decision. He is honest and respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I could probably write three more paragraphs about his expertise and how awesome the guy is. I rated five stars, but I really would give him ten out of five stars. HIGHLY recommend him.
ZillowVERIFIEDMatt answered an inquiry for me. Though I was not experienced and apprehensive in the purchasing of a home, Matt swooped in and made the process uncomplicated. He understood my budget restrictions and was able to find a THE house I was looking for in a very short period of time.I had dealt with other realtors who were less patient and unresponsive due to budget restrictions, but Matt didn't look at those variables and instead looked at the person buying the house. His knowledge of the local area, from restaurants to local mechanics was outstanding. I highly recommend Mathew to anyone buying a new home.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was and is a pleasure to work with Matt. He is knowledgeable and straight forward with his views of each properties we looked at, which ultimately ended up in finding the right place for us. Matt also continues to be an excellent resource for items that come up with moving into a new home, as he has a great network of folks in different expertises. I do highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to move to this wonderful State of Tennessee.
ZillowVERIFIEDMatt responded to our request for more information on listings immediately - and continued to be accessible throughout the process. Verbal or written responses to every concern were literally within moments, and all questions we had was addressed ASAP. We closed on our deal within only 3 weeks of the initial inquiry!Thank you, Matt - you did a great job!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Matt to buy our first home with a VA home loan. He was very informative and helpful in the process. If we had any questions he always gave us the answers. He always stayed in contact with us and kept us up to date. We have him what we were looking for and he found exactly that. We would highly recommend Matt as a realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDMatt Bleasdale was an excellent negotiator for our real estate transaction in Crossville, TN. His replies to our questions were immediate and professional. Everything was accomplished through email, convenient since we live out of state. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone and we would use his services again if the need arose.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe would recommend Matt Bleasdale to all our friends. He does very thorough searches based on the needs and wants he receives from his clients. We worked with Matt for 5 months, talking by phone and email. He was our "eyes" since we were in New York State. We were in constant contact. We did our own search and consulted with Matt during that time. He found our home at the same time we did. We were coming to look at houses over Thanksgiving and our house hit the market 5 days before we left. He set up a showing, we decided that we loved the house, and put in a bid to the owners. We left to go back to New York and he called on our way back to let us know that they accepted our offer. Matt went above and beyond to make us happy! We consider him a friend for life.
ZillowVERIFIEDMatt was helpful with ALL areas of selling and then purchasing a home so I could be in a beautiful neighborhood, closer to my family. He was particularly helpful with the costs involving some remodeling work that was needed. Just a down to earth, trustworthy guy. Matt really above and beyond, doing more than he needed to do.
ZillowVERIFIEDCalled Matt to list my house. When he got there he had already done a market analysis! He is always willing to answer the phone or answer a text. No Guessing with Matt- great communication.
ZillowVERIFIEDMoved from California to Tennessee...Matt was extremely helpful & we found the home that was perfect for us...he was very knowledgeable & did an outstanding job!
