Amazing! Matilde has been my realtor for many years, and she is the most professional and knowledgeable realtor in the Coral Gables area. Thank you, Maty, for all your help. I look forward to continuing to work with you.

Matilde was absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my condo! From the beginning, her expertise and market knowledge were evident. She provided a clear plan to prepare the property, set the right price, and attract buyers. Thanks to her guidance, my condo was professionally marketed and quickly received multiple offers. Throughout the process, she communicated consistently, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was smooth from listing to closing. If you're looking for an agent who is not only skilled but also truly cares about your success, I highly recommend Matilde Aguirre!

Matilde has extensive experience and background as a Real Estate Professional. Excellent at setting the sales prices, negotiating and making sure the closing and document process goes smoothly and accurately. Know her for a decade and has always been absolutely outstanding and professional. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Matilde and will definitely have her represent me in the future. Will highly recommend her to everyone I know that need a Real Estate Professional.

In my opinion, she is the best relator in the state of Florida. Honest, Hard working, cleared all my doubts and the type of relator that works for the client.

A very honest, straight forward realtor. She puts herself in your shoes and determines what is in your best interest. I highly recommend her! She has been my realtor in three occasions- buy an investment property- sold an investment property and found me a place to live. Always a great experience.

Really knows the process and guided us through it; what I really liked about her was that she stayed in touch with us and even helped us with after- closing issues. Very reachable.
