ZillowVERIFIEDMatias was knowledgeable, professional and on top of any listing that would benefit my family. Within a month we found our Forever home and and Matias played a big part in that. If youre a first time homebuyer I definitely recommend Matias, he will walk you through the process and tell you what to expect and answer all your questions with no hesitation. My family is so thankful we had Matias as our realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Matias was very helpful from day one, we didn't know what to expect or how the process of buying a home would be until we happened to run across his information online. We reached out and he guided us the whole way in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Matias, he's a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Matias is an excellent realtor, he helped us to find the house of our dreams and made the process seem so fast and easy. This house was our very first and we are young so we had no idea what we were getting into or what we should even be looking for. Thanks to Matias we got settled down perfectly.

ZillowVERIFIED A little over 10 years ago I contacted Matias to help me find a house, we had exensive conversations about what I was looking for, he showed me a couple of places always adjusting himslef to my busy schedule, sometimes we met at ngth to go see a house. After a coulpe of months he called me one day and told me about a house he knew was going to go on the market because of a foreclosure. It happened to be about a block form his own house and just accros the street. We met, we took a look of the outside of the house and I lked it, it was about February of 2009, we waited patiently until the house was reposesed so we can look of the inside and floor plan/distribution of hte house, and I liked it. The ouse needed some repairs and TLC and he guided me through the bidding process in a very professional way, always protecting my walet. We close towards the end of September of 2009 and I still live in my house that Matias helped me acquire.Thank you Matias.

ZillowVERIFIED No matter what time of the day it was, Mr. Rosales was always helpful and very responsive to my inquiries. If it wasn't for his help and encouragement I wouldn't be a 1st time homeowner today.

ZillowVERIFIED Matias was very helpful and most of all very responsive. He is very down to earth. He does not show you houses that are out of your reach and that fit your needs. Matias was available when we had questions and was able to explain the process to use very well. He also was very familiar with the lending companies in the area and was involved until the day we closed. He has continued to follow up with us to ensure that we are happy with our new home and if he can be of any additional assistance. I highly recommend Matias.
