We just moved to Dublin from Texas and found our Dream home thanks to Neil and the Mathias Team. This spring as been crazy market for home buyers. Neil helped us to find exactly how to make the contract so the buyers selected our offer over many others! We also stayed on budget! He know so many people in the town and we felt he had the inside track to so many pocket listings which was critical when the inventory is so low. he also helped us after the home was bought even when he didnt have to. Very thankful we found Neil when we bought in Dublin!!

Curt made our first home buying experience a great one! He was personable, helpful, quick to respond, professional, and was able to provide advice when we needed it. Home-buying is a crazy nerve-racking experience. My first experience in the late 2000s turned into a one-in-a-million nightmare situation. Most of the time, you don't really know who you're working with and whether or not you can trust them. Based on that first horrible experience, I developed a general and severe distrust of agents, mortgage lenders, and title companies. So, when it came to purchase my next home (this time with my wife) earlier this year, I was skeptical and terrified. What I quickly realized is that I had absolutely no reason to worry. My wife and I struck real estate gold not only with the house we wanted in one of the best, hottest markets in town but also with our outstanding agent, Neil Mathias, and his phenomenal team. Honestly, I'm still in shock at how transparent, honest, smooth, and near-effortless the whole experience was. Every expectation was managed from day one, which in our case was Neil calling us back within 24 hours of us contacting him despite the fact that he had just had back surgery. He guided our thinking on home locations, options, and long-term considerations like a grandmaster. He put us in touch with other superb professionals that he knows and trusts who made pre-qualification and everything thereafter a breeze. And he wrote the knockout contract that won us the house despite aggressive interest. If you want to gamble with your next real estate agent, go for it and pick just anyone. But if you detest gambling like I do, especially with something as serious as a home sale or purchase, and want to work with a Yoda of the craft, then stop what you're doing and call Neil. He's not just anybody that'll do; he's the somebody that you need to win.

My husband and I thankfully found Curt on a whim, and we are so very glad we did! He was very prompt to call when I indicated interest in looking at a property, he set up a showing for that same day.
