We just moved to Dublin from Texas and found our Dream home thanks to Neil and the Mathias Team. This spring as been crazy market for home buyers. Neil helped us to find exactly how to make the contract so the buyers selected our offer over many others! We also stayed on budget! He know so many people in the town and we felt he had the inside track to so many pocket listings which was critical when the inventory is so low. he also helped us after the home was bought even when he didnt have to. Very thankful we found Neil when we bought in Dublin!!
