My entrepreneurial background provides me with a unique perspective, and the ability to come up with creative solutions to solve your individual needs.I have a great deal of experience selling luxury properties. I am an expert in most aspects of real estate finance, contract preparation and negotiation, lease preparation and negotiation, real estate closings, and I also specialize in selling homes, land and investment property. I also have extensive experience with relocation, vacation homes, commercial leasing, sales and development. My listings sell for an average of 98% of their list price compared to the area average of 94%.

Through my commitment to education, innovation, and integrity, I have been involved with over a thousand real estate transactions. I embrace new technology, and am not afraid to try new things. I was the first broker in the Kansas City area to use radio transmitters to broadcast a customized message about homes I had listed providing instant information to buyers 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I am the first and only agent in the Northeast Kingdom to be awarded the Accredited Buyer's Representation Designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council. I am the first realtor in the Northeast Kingdom to offer an entirely paperless real estate transaction if you so choose. My marketing includes radio advertisments, direct mail, ads in local papers and publications, an extensive internet presence, and direct marketing through my involvement in the community. I am currently a member of the Consumer Outreach Committee of the Green Mountain Association of Realtors, and am also the President of the Good Shepard Catholic School Parent Teacher Group. I have served as a board member for the St Johnsbury Chamber of Commerce.
