With my wife being pregnant with our first child, we knew it was time for us and our dog to move from Brooklyn to the greener pastures of New Jersey suburbs. If you can get on Mat's client list, DO IT. He has everything you could want in a realtor - great attitude, a ton of applicable experience, endless patience, connections to everyone, and he'll be aggressive for you in a really strategic way. He'll go the extra mile, time and time again.This guy knows what he's doing from a real estate perspective, but is also a fantastic advisor and coach. We worked with him in a very challenging housing market, but he negotiated our home purchase in Bergen County for 150k under asking. He's a true partner - even while he was on vacation with his family, Mat was in touch with us and made sure we were taken care of with his team (who are also fantastic).
