ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a very disappointing experience working with Mason Buck. Communication was inconsistent, information often changed, and the process felt far more difficult than it should have been. Instead of reducing stress, working with him added to it. We frequently found ourselves having to clarify matters with builders, buyers, and lenders due to avoidable issues. Weve since ended our professional relationship and moved on. I would urge prospective clients to research carefully before choosing to work with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home selling journey with Mason was an adventure. As the first house we had actively sold, my husband and I were very green to the process. Mason guided us through every little detail. If there was any concern or problem he was right there to help us with everything and anything. Merely saying he went over and beyond is an understatement. Mason jumped through more hoops for us than you can even imagine with such grace. I cant imagine any other realtor handling the situations better than he. If you are looking for the best realtor, look no further, the answer is Mason!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Mason. He understood our needs and wants in a home. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we lived in Texas and purchased the home in Colorado. Mason assisted us in making the best home choice for our family in a crazy sellers market. He was on our side, working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Mason was that he was focused on answering our questions, giving us solid advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Mason was very helpful. He helped us whenever we need anything. He was very responsive and I?m happy he was our realtor. Ex. We are military veterans stationed overseas and he made it possible to take time out his day knowing the time difference to make sure we were all set. He also went out onsite for us and took some videos to show us the houses since we weren?t there to see them in person. Mason, thank you for all you?ve done, we really appreciate you.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at about 18 houses in 5 days, and submitted one offer, which was accepted. Mason is top notch, while being honest and transparent through the entire transaction. Hes represented me on two purchases and one sale now. I will choose him every time and recommend to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We would not be homeowners if we didnt choose Mason Buck to be our realtor. We had some hiccups throughout, but Mason made things happen in our favor to make our dream of buying a home come true! Answered every question we had, answered calls and returned messages right away. Mason has US in mind throughout the entire process! I cant speak enough to how amazing our experience was and all the credit goes to Mason from beginning to closing. We will, without question, be working with him again!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Mason to help us purchase a home. He was honest about our options from the get-go, well-educated on the market, available at all hours, and ready to hustle. Not only did he travel between Colorado Springs and Denver almost every week for 3 months, but he also even saved my life from a rogue cat at this one house. What a guy! In all seriousness, he guided us at every step. We always understood what was going on and felt comfortable knowing he was working on our side to make this as easy and successful as possible. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Mason was amazing with helping us both buy and sell a home (back to back). He really pulled through for us with the purchase, doing all it took to close the deal. On the sale side we relied on his expertise to help vet the offers, and ultimately it went very smoothly. He is very professional and did an amazing job keeping us informed throughout both processes. I can't recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Just became a homeowner! My boyfriend and I are first time homebuyers and we just got our first house in Denver after relocating from Colorado Springs. Mason connected us with a lender to start the whole process. He kept us constantly updated on new listings, and contacted us immediately with appointments to view the houses after I told him which houses we were interested in seeing. He drove up to Denver from Colorado Springs numerous times to fit both of our busy schedules. He even made time to show us the same house separately because of work schedules for a few houses. He arranged the inspection for us and was available any time for whenever we had questions, day or night. I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking to buy a house or sell their house to use Mason! He is fantastic!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mason is an amazing person. Our lives were made easier because he went above and beyond for us. He helped clean our house, got all the contractors we needed in order to make the sale of our house easier, he even took care of all our paperwork allowing us to just retire to our paradise home in PR be for closing on our house. We had a contract within 8 days of listing and closing was right on schedule. Amazing young man and highly recommended. Thank you Mason. Sending many blessings your way. Rick and Miranda Provence

ZillowVERIFIED Mason Buck is a truly talented and professional Real Estate agent. I searched on-line for different properties and was soon contacted by Mason. He is incredibly easy-going and informative, while wading through the waters of Real Estate searching. My wife and I were impressed with Mason, as he outlined everything we needed to know with the property we chose to purchase, in our blessings. He even negotiated and managed to get us a loving little cat named Lily, renamed Sassy, that our granddaughter fell in love with while we checked the property out. That's not something many can claim to have on their resume. Mason has been an amazing blessing, walking with us through our purchasing journey. He made phone calls to secure appointments, which was the buyer's responsibility. He ensured all was in place in the right place and the right time, with the right people. We will definitely recommend Keller Williams, Mason specifically, to any and all who have a desire for a trust-worthy Realtor. Now, we consider Mason as a trusted friend.
