The response to my call was within five minutes. Within two days they viewed the property and began to expediate a marketing plan. The entire process was smooth and flawless. Their responsiveness to the seller and suggestions for the time to put on the market were outstanding. They are a great team to work with. Always professional when getting ready to market as well as with the final sale. We used them to help relocate. Their expertise in an area that would be suitable was outstanding.

ZillowVERIFIED Steven and Maryruth did an outstanding job of moving our house! We listed with them and had a buyer within 3 weeks at a really good price. They were in contact with us every step of the way and provided invaluable information in making decisions. Whenever we had a question or needed information, they responded immediately. At one point, I was locked out of my house and they quickly came over early in the morning to let me in. (story for another time. :) When we entered into the contract and had numerous inspections, they worked with us on the timing and the results. Both Steven and Maryruth were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They listened to our concerns and responded with information that assisted us in all our steps to closing. Because we wanted to rent for the next couple of years, they provided us with an app to use to find house in the town we were interested in and offered more assistance if needed. It took three years to get out of that hole so this time around I chose the James Real Estate Group given their years in business and knowledge of the area I wanted to move. Mary Ruth really got to know me and my family, what was important to use, the features and especially the neighborhood. She found the ideal home, but it was in an area where you can get into a bidding war. Mary Ruth knocked it out of the park. Because of her great networking skills, she knew the sellers agent who really enjoyed working with her in the past. Although there was another bid, the sellers agent recommended our bid and we got our house. A year and a half later, we feel right at home in our neighborhood, great schools and best of all, my home continues to appreciate! Steve was extremely forthcoming with information as I became more interested in the property. Steve was representing the seller, but I was very comfortable working with him through the offer/buying process. As daunting as a home purchase may seem, the James Real Estate Group worked very hard to make sure that all of my questions were answered and made me feel comfortable.I made an offer based on what my family could afford and Steve was able to work with the seller and communicate with me so that in the end a deal was made.I did not bring a real estate agent of my own into the deal, and after 3 months living in the home I have yet to find fault in the service that Steve and him team provided me.I would recommend Steve James to friends and family.
