Review MaryAlice Beevore is a true professional in the real estate field. I've owned homes in five different states and have worked with numerous real estate agents but she is by far the best. MaryAlice helped me purchase two homes in the MSP area. The first home in Minnesota, purchased in 2016, is in Saint Paul. Initially an investment property, it is now my primary residence. My second home is in Columbia Heights, purchased in 2018, is an investment property. Mary Alice's knowledge and response to changes in Minnesota real estate is very impressive. She knows the history the region, understands market trends, the real estate process, the values, etc. She has always given me good advice and works hard to understands my needs and preferences so she can serve me well. I have full confidence in her recommendations and feel she has my best interest in mind. 5 Stars!

Review MaryAlice is the best partner you can ask for as either a buyer or a seller (or both at the same time!). With MaryAlice's great market prep advice and her stellar photographer, our listing really stood out on the market and sold the weekend it was listed, over asking, with multiple offers. We had a lot of drama on the buying side (including a house we adored but had to back out of after inspection), and MaryAlice masterfully helped navigate us through it all. We appreciate her professionalism, her honesty, her breadth of knowledge (from appraising to house mechanicals to neighborhoods and school districts, she knows her stuff!), and the amount of effort she puts in to really understanding her clients, what their needs are, and what they gravitate to (or are turned off by) when looking at a home. We've already passed her info on to multiple friends and co-workers, and, while we intend for this house to be our forever home, we would absolutely use her again in the future if we were in the market.

I found her after researching numerous real estate professionals in the area and based on her tastes and in-depth knowledge of old homes in the area, I contacted her while still out of state, and she immediately responded w/all the info I could ever need, and her responsiveness was amazing even though we hadn't yet met. Once in the Twin Cities, MaryAlice worked seriously hard to help my husband and I find a home within a very limited time frame and a limited budget. I don't think we would have found a home and moved in so quickly and seamlessly if it hadn't been for MaryAlice. I would highly recommend her to anyone serious about buying a home in the Twin Cities.

Review I worked with Mary on buying our first home and i like her willingness to help us out. Our transaction is little different from convention banking and i was looking for some one who can help us with knowledge of Islamic banking. Mary was new to Islamic financing but she was quick in understanding the bank transactions. Mary is very cognizant about market ; does ground work before meeting us and got good negotiation skill with a high responsive rate (as needed) . Our family loved working with her and will highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Review I sold my house with MaryAlice and her team at The Minnesota Real Estate Team. My house was listed for 2 days and was extremely happy with offer received. I walked into the situation worried that it might be a short sale and it ended up being a standard sale. Closing went exactly as scheduled without any problems. MaryAlice did a tremendous amount of research on all of the offers received and allowed me to decide which offer to accept without any of the typical pressure you expect from realtors. She also responds to email in a reasonable amount of time. I am in the process of buying my next home with MaryAlice since she is extremely competent. I highly recommend considering MaryAlice and The Minnesota Real Estate Team for selling your house.

Review Listed my home with MaryAlice in 2010. After initial meeting she is never available and you will communicate with her assistant only. Due to a sold home (with a similar address) getting an inspection, the lock box on my home was cut off and my home entered (in error thinking it was the other house) It appeared to us to be a break in, but we tried calling MaryAlice first, of course as usual no answer. We called the police, MaryAlice eventually called back and blamed this othe buyer's agent on the other house for the faux pas. I called that agent directly, the inspection company made the mistake (not him) but as soon as the inspector let him know, he called MaryAlice and let her know about it hours before we even got home, she didnt feel like it was important enought to call us about i guess, and while this other agent may have shared some culpability in the matter he was straightforward and notified MaryAlice right away. I fired MaryAlice the next day and hired the realtor who gave the inspector the go ahead to cut my lock box! He actually sold my home and took my phone calls. I would stay as far away from MaryAlice Beevore Short as possible

I met with multiple agents but decided to go with Mary Alice because she was intelligent and willing to express an opinion. The other agents were nice but seemed to like everything--as in "yes I like the house, you should buy it...and then I'll get my commission." We took a few months to buy a house and are happy with the one we bought. We are also glad we weren't pushed to buy one of the other houses we saw earlier.
