Mary Wolfe is an Excellent Real Estate Agent, who goes Above and Beyond to sell your House for Top $. Mary Wolfe is a consummate professional, with great integrity, who knows the market well, and what needs to be done in the area of repairs/updates, to maximize profits and sell your home quickly. Selling a home can be stressful on so many levels. Mary made it as easy as it could possibly be. She is someone you will have confidence in, who can be trusted, does what she says she will do; and you can be sure she has your best interest in mind. Mary was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what a Real Estate Agent would normally do to sell our home. She was a wealth of information, continually kept us informed on what was going on, and what needed to be done every step of the way. I'm confident it was through her years of experience and knowing people, that the sale of our Home went so smoothly. Our home was on the market for three days and had multiple, over asking price offers. Each offer had a different set of circumstances to consider. Through her years of experience, Mary was able to advise us on each offer's pros and cons; and what offer she considered would be in our best interest to accept. In the end, she was "spot on". After doing such a stellar job selling our house, I knew I could count on her to find my next place to live. She found a Condo that met my needs and I am now happily living in it. I would highly recommend Mary Wolfe as a Realtor you will be very happy with it. I would use her again in a heartbeat. You won't find a better Realtor.

Mary is not only an outstanding real estate agent but also a good human. She is thorough, smart, curious and always a professional. We have purchased and sold homes through Mary many times over the last 12 years. Absolutely by far the best agent weve ever worked with.

My first word to describe working with Mary is professional, but she is also kind, thoughtful, patient and very knowledgeable. We have bought and sold a total of 4 homes with Mary and would highly recommend her.

Mary is the gold standard of realtors. She was extremely helpful to our family when we were looking to purchase our first home. As a first time homebuyer, the process can be intimidating and overwhelming, especially during the pandemic. However, Mary simplified everything for us and really guided us through this process. She understood our needs, budget, and timeline. She made she we were informed homebuyers and getting the best home for our money. She was always flexible with our schedules and extremely responsive. I couldnt have asked for a better person to work with in home-buying. Well definitely be working with her in the future.

We purchased our first home with Mary. She was extremely patient and responsive, quickly and kindly answering all of our many detailed questions throughout the process of finding and purchasing our home (over about 4-5 months). We felt comfortable throughout the whole process and learned a lot about home buying and the area.

Purchased my first home with Mary, she was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all of my questions! She was also very aggressive when it came to making sure I got to view homes, which is a very good trait in this market! I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Mary was our realtor for buying our first home. She was so patient with us and very knowledgeable. We had so many questions because it was our first time and she made us feel at ease. It's a tough market for buyers and we looked at many houses and Mary was ALWAYS there. We found our house that we bought because Mary found it! We are so lucky to have a great realtor like Mary. I have never met anyone so professional and loved there job as much as she did. She just wants you to find the right house for you and what fits you. Thank you Mary for all you did for Ryan and I!

Mary was selected after we interviewed a total of 4 agents. Working with her has been the best experience thus far (we've had other very good agents). She allowed us to take in homes and process information without making things into a sales pitch. She is organized, experienced, and an outstanding communicator. Total class act, all the way around.

We used Mary to sell our home and to help us find a new home and the experience was outstanding. She was professional, insightful, patient, knowledgeable and even forthright when needed. She help my wife, my family, and I through one of the most stressful processes we have ever gone through. Its two bad that we love our new home because it means I will not need Mary's services again for hopefully a long time. I recommend her to anybody who is ready to buy/sell or just looking for someone smart to answer questions without pressuring you into the market.

Mary was very patient and understanding while we were searching for our first home. She showed us many homes and helped us pin point what we really wanted. That was 10 years ago and we are still loving our home! Mary also assisted my grandparents when they wanted to sell their home and downsize. She gave great staging tips to help promote a quick sale, but was also sensitive to the hesitation my grandparents had. We continue to recommend her to all or our friends and family.
