Buying a house is a big investment so you want to make sure you find a realtor that actually listens to what you want, communicates often and is knowledgeable on all of the laws and regulations. We found all of those qualities in Mary. As a first time home buyer and someone who asks a lot of questions, I gave Mary a run for her money. She was always very patient when I didn't understand something and gave me great advice. She helped make the home buying process as painless as possible and made sure I was comfortable with the numbers, the appraisal and the home inspection process. After our home was purchased she kept in contact to make sure everything was perfect and even sent us a Christmas card. She has gone above and beyond.
