I absolutely recommend Mary if you are looking to sell a home in the greater Cleveland area. I interviewed numerous agents before moving forward with Mary, and it was incredibly important to me that I worked with someone that was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I was selling my home from out of state, and Mary went above and beyond to help me through the sales process. Reasons why I recommend her: 1. She was incredibly experienced. She knew the market demand, what to do (and just as important what not to do) when getting my home ready for sale. After going live in a slow market, we had two offers inside of 24 hours. 2. She is very responsive and diligent. As previously noted, I was selling a home remotely, and Mary went above and beyond helping me to resolve repairs that were required by the city. She worked with the city employees to confirm exactly what work needed to be done, and helped find vendors to complete the needed repairs. 3. She provide top-notch service. Mary guided me through the whole process and updated me every step of way, up until the final correspondence with the title company. Anyone would be lucky to work with Mary on selling their home!

We had a house fire on September 25, 2021. We were referred to Mary a few weeks later and she was great. We were on a very short timeliness and needed to find a home ASAP. With the current market houses were going fast...Mary was so helpful finding listings for us and "talking me off the ledge" when I would get frustrated with the process. We will be using Mary to sell the fire damaged house in the near future.

Mary was off the chart incredible in every way!!! The first time I called her she was very knowledgeable and told me to call and meet with her last after I met the other realtors and I did. Our first meeting at my residence to sell she gave me many pointers and helpful hints since I had never sold a home before. She then had a stager comer over to advise on things to do in every room since at that time I was going to put the house on the market with my furniture in place. Mary stopped over after some repairs were completed and approved and gave other suggestions. I ended up moving out and gave her the heads up to sell my empty house. The house was on the market for only 2 weeks and SOLD. Mary called me often and kept me in the loop on everything! She even called me while taking educational classes out of our area and while she was out of state visiting her family on her time!!!! WOW... CALL MARY NOW !!!!!!! She was wonderful! Mary Vedda could of done nothing better. She was a true advocate for me!!!
