Mary was fantastic. She was right on top of everything from the very start. Once we told her what we were looking for, she had plenty of listings for us to look at. As a first time home buyer the whole process what overwhelming for us, but Mary was there to reassure us that we were where we should be. I would recommend Mary to anyone. In fact my brother and sister in-law are looking to purchase a home in the spring, and I have let them know who to use. Thanks Mary!!!- Terry F.

Mary is an asset to anyone that has her on their side! My husband and I went through an experience of a life time with purchasing our family home! When things were tough she was in our corner getting things done. Mary has such caring attitude, and professional at the same time.We could not have done any of this without her, she knew what we wanted and needed in a house and made it become a reality.Anyone looking to buy or sell a home Mary Sullivan is the best Agent!!!Thanks Mary for being amazing!!!!!!

Mary made our experience a positive one with her excellent communication and professional attitude. She will be assertive & agressive when needed, doing her best to make the whole process go smoothly. Yet she never ceases to have a trick up her sleeve when things get hairy! I sincerely appreciate her and the help she provided both with the sale of our house, and the purchase of our beautiful new home. She is 5 STARS in every aspect!

Mary listened carefully to what I wanted in a home, and then found properties to match my criteria. Mary was patient and responsive regarding my schedule to look at homes. Additionally, Mary was reliable support after the closing. Mary's guidance regarding when to push the lawyers/bank personnel and recommendations when to be patient was spot-on, making the closing less stressful for me.

Mary listed and sold our previous home and negotiated the purchase of our current home. Mary priced our previous home right and due to her marketing and negotiating skills was able to sell our home for the highest per square foot price in our neighborhood. She then worked diligently to find our current home and negotiated a fair price for this home. Mary knows the market well, is honest and a hard worker. I would highly recommend Mary to sellers and buyers alike.
