ZillowVERIFIED Mary Davis was aEURoeon itaEUR? from the minute I discussed listing my home for sale! Her information and knowledge of the market was incredible. Once the home was listed, Mary held three consecutive open houses and really marketed my home in a way that I was confident I would have a quick saleaEUR"which I did. When we went into escrow, Mary became even more attentive. When I would reach out with questions, Mary would always get back to me immediately. She walked me through every step of selling my home! ZillowVERIFIED Mary was the best realtor we ever worked with - utterly professional in her attitude, guidance and attention to even tiniest details. She took us through understanding the areas, looking at homes, making offers with remarkable care and patience - my husband and I were looking for our first house in California and we bugged Mary with questions and doubts all the way :) What truly impressed me that Mary was very committed to find the best house for us, not just make a sale - always disclosing pros and cons, always insisting we "sleep on it first". Thank you, Mary, it was a great pleasure to work with you!Natalya & Sergei

ZillowVERIFIED Mary helped us determine what to focus on to get our house ready to list. The houses in our area were all quite deferent and were difficult to price. We worked with her to come up with a good price that got a lot of offers and a quick sale. We had worked with her 11 years ago when we bought the house and wanted to ask for her to list it.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Rose DavisMary Rose Davis is a consummate professional. I had two realtors at the same time: one for buying my new house, and one for selling the old house. Both were professional and responsive. I'm a former realtor myself. They knew their stuff and helped us through. The selling realtor helped landscape and staged to make our house a showcase. But he was a bit abrasive. Mary was always on top of things. She was understood my unique financing, she was always one or two steps ahead of me, having the answers before I asked. She saved me a bundle in negotiations. She knew her job and did it very well. I never had any trouble understanding what was next. She was always available or called back in few minutes. She stuck it through several houses with us until we found the right one, even showing us one that wasnt on the market yet. The only complaint I could possibly have is that she sometimes sent things more than once, but Id prefer that over an omission. All this and she was always pleasant and very understanding. Shes everything Id want in a realtor and Id be proud to have her as a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Davis is an excellent Realtor! It took us 8+ months searching for the perfect property and Mary hung with us through the whole process even when two of the contracts fell through (not our fault). She is thoughtful and very quick to respond by email / text / call which is necessary in todays market. Since we live outside El Dorado County, she attended inspections on our behalf and did video calls for real time feedback. Mary helped us navigate delicate negotiations and got the right people involved to protect our interests. Weve worked with several Realtors in the past and Mary is hands down the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary was WONDERFUL! We closed on our home in 20 days! We started our real estate transaction via Zillow. I requested a tour via the website and she contacted me within 5 minutes. She scheduled several houses on the first day and she really listened to my wants in a home. On the second day, we found our home. Mary was always prompt to our tours, professional, and timely with her responses. Also, she recommended a local lender who was very courteous and professional. Mary also has a network of local vendors who are knowledgeable and experts in their respective fields. Thank you so much, Mary! You made buying our home an extremely pleasant experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Luck of the draw - big time! We were completely new to the area and Mary happened to be the agent we got in touch first. We saw several other properties, a few other agents, but its the first property we saw - and Mary - that we went with. She made the process extremely easy for us and negotiated what we think was a great deal! Very responsive, attentive, super nice to be around. On top of it all, she knows the area extremely well. Mary recommended several local people and businesses - we were always very happy with her recommendations. HIGHLY recommended!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Rose is a wonderful Real Estate Agent. She sold our cabin in Pollock Pines and was willing to go over and above things that are required of an agent. We live out of town so she offered to meet with all of the Inspectors for the home, pest and septic appointments. She even offered to meet the contractor when he had to clean out the roots from the pipes to make sure everything was in good shape. She kept us informed consistently of possible buyers and when we got an offer she even drove us over to the Title Company. Mary continued to check on our cabin every 2 days to make sure lights were out and doors were locked. We had a leak in the bathroom during this time and she even wiped up the floor and secured it.Mary was able to send me Digi-Sign papers online to sign. Very easy process so I did not have to make the trip back to her Placerville office. She is very professional, has a great personality, is very warm and caring.I would definitely recommend Mary Rose Davis to sell your home!!Sincerely, Evelyn & Jerry Pearson

We must have looked at over 25 houses and not once did I feel like she was trying to push or convince me twords one house or another. Mary is very flexible and met me many times to look at houses all over the Sacramento area even on the weekends. Mary is the real deal and made buying my house such a pleasant experience.
