ZillowVERIFIED 10 Stars! Mary is amazing! She worked with us for over a year and went above and beyond every step of the way. We looked at several houses because we are very indecisive, but she stayed very positive and never let us feel like we were a burden. We finally found aEURoethe oneaEUR? and put in an offer. Mary negotiated with the sellers and agent vigilantly and got our offer approved within a day. Unfortunately we had some unforeseeable complications with the appraisal not including the second lot that was included with the sale. She immediately jumped on mission, working with her legal team to find solutions and searching for surveyors to combine the lots before our closing date. We were delayed slightly, but not nearly as bad as it could have been thanks to her. She helped us to stay positive, informed, and on top of everything even though it was our first home purchase. Highly recommend!
