ZillowVERIFIEDI decided to house hunt from across the country and actually found Paige via Tiktok, I checked her reviews and since everything was positive I gave her and her team a shot and they were great! Considering I was doing this remotely they were very accommodating about house tours over FaceTime, as well as answering any questions promptly. The market in Huntsville is highly competitive and I think Paiges experience helped me put in realistic offers and thats why I got my offer accepted by the second try, which was much faster than I anticipated. I'm very happy with her and her communication skills and would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the greater Huntsville area!

ZillowVERIFIED Paige is one who will go to bat for you and help get things done for you. She will listen to your needs and wants and show you houses that will fit all your requirements (layout, price, location, etc.). Despite only being able to communicate via Facebook and email for a period of time, Paige was able to keep me updated and show me progress on my house conveniently. Even when my circumstances changed, Paige took on the challenge and made sure I was able to get moved in when I needed it.If you're looking for a realtor who is really someone who cares, call Paige and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED I started this process by looking for a lot, but then shifted to buying a home/proposed construction. Paige helped us by asking all the right questions and we were able to find an amazing proposed construction with our specifications. She waisted no time getting us in touch with the Builder and within a matter of days we were picking out specs for our home! She brought a lot of fine details to our attention that we would have overlooked. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Top tier customer service!

ZillowVERIFIED The Paige Brown (The ones who care) is an understatement. Paige and Her team were extremely responsive paying attention to detail and coordinating the sale of my condo during the corona virus epidemic. Paige was able to get contractors at my unit that needed repair before the sale. Her team is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and followed up sometimes more than once daily during the selling phase.

ZillowVERIFIED We started looking to sell our home July 2018. My brother referred us to Paige and her team. She worked with us for an entire year as we improved and got ready to sell. Our house was listed, viewed and had an offer with in a week at asking price! After that we looked for 2 weeks before finding our dream home. With Paige's help we had an offer accepted that was substantially under asking price! Between scheduling the viewings for selling and buying, taking the pictures, setting up all the contract work and any other leg work I have forgotten, my wife and I could not have gone through the home buying and selling process without the Paige Brown Team.

ZillowVERIFIED Paige is awesome! Highly recommend the Paige Brown Team! I was a first time homebuyer, and she guided me through the whole home buying process with ease. Not only did she help me find my dream home, she helped educate me with home buying and answered all my questions at all hours. I was at work one day and told her I was interested in a home. She was already on it and found out 3 other offers were made on it, but still ready to go all in with a bidding war right then. She is a go getter and will get you what you want. I passed on that house, and found the perfect new build for me. Within one week, an offer was made and accepted. Everything went so smoothly. And I owe it to Paige. If you want a home thats perfect for you without any hassle or stress, call the Paige Brown Team. They make it happen. I couldnt be happier with the home they helped me get.

ZillowVERIFIED Paige and her team took excellent care of me and my family through the buying and selling process. She has excellent customer service and even handled our negotiation while on vacation. We adore Paige and even though we are not looking to buy/sell right now, Paige will always be our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Paige made the first time home buyers experience for our family a great one. Paige was so sweet. She was on top of her game. She was very knowledgeable, very prompt, and she truly wanted the best for our family. She was always honest and up front with us from the start. There was no pressure to just get us in a home. When we found the home that we loved,Paige did an amazing job with the entire process. Everything went smooth from the offer to closing. We are so grateful for being introduced to Paige.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Paige Brown and her team was wonderful. Despite many personal issues I was going through they helped me through the process and worked around the clock to help me get my house sold. They were up front and honest from the start and gave only the best recommendations. There was no pressure to spend extra money that I did not have to help get the house sold. Paige did whatever it took to get my house sold.
