She understands the entire process from start to finish and every time we had a question she was great at explaining the answer in an easy to understand way. She never stops working - when I would send an email at 9 at night because some question just popped into my head, I expected to get an answer the following day, but instead got an answer within 15 minutes, even on Sundays. She was excellent at helping us with all aspects of setting our original price, negotiating strategy and providing options when issues came up. Besides all of the professional experience that Mary brings to the table, the best part about working with Mary Is her personal approach to her clients. The first time you meet Mary, you feel like you've known her your whole life - she is easy to converse with and always makes you feel comfortable. Mary listened to our hopes for our new home and helped us find our perfect match. We love our new home and bought it before selling our present house. Mary is extremely talented in staging a house. We used all of her suggestions and easily were able to sell our home quickly so we didn't have a second mortgage. Mary constantly checked in with us so we never felt overwhelmed or stress during any of the purchasing and selling of the houses. We had a lot of changes from one home to the next. We went from city water to well, first time having a septic tank, first time owning a pool and hot tub, etc. Mary and her husband stopped by the first week we moved in an walked us through how to care for all of our these things, gave us suggestions and names of respectable companies to call, and said we were welcome to still contact them at anytime with new questions. We navigated the market slump, had an interesting long term rental and with Mary's expertise decided to stand by our home and prepare it for it's successful sale. Ours is a long story which I will gladly share if anyone is trying to decide on a realtor, but everyone that we spoke with over the years in regards to decisions with the house, be it legal or trades people, had nothing but very high respect for Mary. My mother was in real estate for 30 years shes retired so I used Mary not because I knew her. because I dont know her, from a can of paint or I didnt. But I do now, & We plan to for a long time Ill never buy a house again without Mary. Brian was so knowledgeable & informative on construction & labor costs etc it made buying a fixer upper much less nerve wracking. All in all. Id like to use Mary & Brian for ALL purchases in life ha ha. But well all just have to settle with real estate. Good luck.

We looked at multiple listings before finding our current residence. Both Mary and Brian were there every step of the way; helping us through the pre-approval process and finding an attorney, to the inspections and closing. Undecided on the town we wanted to live in we looked at numerous homes in several different suburbs. Mary and Brian were always there at the listing waiting for us to arrive, and had already walked the property. Brian has over 30 years of home building/ construction experience, which was extremely helpful when he identified issues with several of the homes that we looked at, and advised us on the feasibility of upgrades at several properties.
