FAQ
Be ready, have your loan approval in place so when you see that home, we look at that home and you decide it is perfect for you. We can purchase it with no hold ups.
Check your home, do any of the home repairs that you have been putting off. Have your home decluttered, maybe the carpets cleaned if you have pets. Call me and we can do a walk through.
I have worked with all kids of clients, from new jobs and getting them qualified with a letter of intent, first time home buyers, VA, MANY people moving to ND from our of state and buying their home sight unseen.
I have several of my transactions that I have helped out of state people relocate in small town ND and they LOVE it here
My husband knows I have ALWAYS wanted to be a Realtor and when our 5 kids were grown up he said I need to explore the options and I did and I will never look back
I just have years of experience and because I deal with farm land, small town properties and also here in Bismarck I have seen all kids of circumstances and feel I can help. The best education anyone can have is just being in the field.
