As a first time home buyer I had many questions and several undesirable experiences as I began my search for the perfect home. Mary was a breath of fresh air and a saving grace as we battled with the loan officers, selling agents and contractors to finalize the purchase once the perfect home was finally found. Mary is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and absolutely wonderful at her job. She is friendly and easy to talk to about anything. After a couple months I feel like I've known her forever. She always made me a priority and treated me as though I was her only client. I would highly recommend her. Call her if you're even just thinking about looking at purchasing (or selling) a house. Her advice alone will not disappoint you!

Excellent Agent. We cold called her at 10am to see one of her properties the same day and she got us in @3pm. She was mild mannered, knew lots about the house, and was comfortable to discuss the property with. We walked away feeling like we had talked to an honest person who was not trying to use ignorance as an excuse to hide shortcommings of the property. We look forward to talking with her again.LOCAL KNOWLEDGE: As an example of her local expertise, she discussed with us many issues beyond just the property. Where we could get movers to make the move easy. A local handy man who was retired, did excellent work, and was well priced, whom we could rely on to provide custom updates to the property if we wanted them.RESPONSIVENESS: As noted above, she was able to get us in the see the property with only a few hours notice. No waiting a week, or waiting for an open-house showing.If the wife and I go ahead with another meeting, I will update this review to cover PROCESS/NEGOTIATION.
