Review I wish I could give Mary & Kathleen more than 5 stars! I don't think just one review can express how lucky I feel to have worked with Mary and Kathleen. My mother had used them to sell a property and had raved about them for years. My mom passed unexpectedly and I was able to contact them to help sell her home in SF. From the moment we first met I felt much better about the process, all stress was removed. They were so professional, organized and knowledgable that I knew I was in good hands. It was not an easy job, it needed some work done and the HOA had strict rules. But they have such great friends and connections in SF that it was not a problem for them. Review We were fortunate enough to get a referral to work with Mary but we also coincidentally met her at one of her showings, and the level of professionalism and authenticity really made it a no brainer for us to work with her. Mary, Kathleen and their team listed and sold our first/only home in San Francisco, a place where we brought home both our newborn human babies, and they treated it with such love and respect. To make things more interesting, we also decided to list and sell our place immediately right after we moved our family back to Canada. Kathleen and Mary wasted NO time whatsoever to get our place ready for photos and listing, in the midst of us moving AND in the middle of one of SF's biggest storms. Despite us being flexible on when it would be sold because we couldn't get much done before we moved our kids (including 7 month old baby going through sleep regressions), let me tell you they acted FAST. When they say they've got people to get work done, they weren't kidding. In the end, our beautiful property was listed and sold while we were physically in Canada and the paperwork needed was all prepared and done prior to us moving. It was important to us who the buyers were because we truly wanted to give the home and the building occupants who would appreciate the space we had called home. Review Mary is a bar-raiser. We recently used her to upgrade from our SFH in San Francisco to a larger one. Not only did she represent us on both the buy and sell side, she and her team did *everything* possible to ensure the transition between homes was as stress-free as possible. Both my husband and I work full-time and both recently started new jobs. We also have 2 young children with no family around to help. We simply couldn't let either transaction interfere with our careers and family life. Mary took care of everything for us. And I really do mean everything. I didn't need to do any planning or legwork myself. Buying a new houses prior to selling the current house is very stressful, but Mary unloaded all that stress from me and also worked very well with our financier. On the buy side, Mary was able to secure us the new house at a very favorable price for current market conditions -- even staying up late to put together the offer for us so we'd be the first ones with an offer on the table. She also understood exactly what a growing family needs in San Francisco. On the sell side, we were very clear about the type of offer we wanted -- all cash, no contingencies, above x-amount. Mary delivered and we closed in less than 2 weeks. Mary partners with the very best home stagers and reasonably priced painters, landscapers, etc to show your house in its best form. Her marketing materials are gorgeous. I will definitely use Mary again for our next real estate transaction and have recommended her to several friends/colleagues. We had bought our first house in 2007, and reached a point where our family had outgrown our living space. We reached out to Mary to help us out based on glowing recommendations from other families we knew. The first agent I had talked to didn't understand what I wanted (suggesting I look at 3 bedroom places when I'm a single young person) so I felt really discouraged.
