She puts forth the extra effort to make a house sell for more, and it shows in the final results. When Mary sold my late brother's house for me, it was a bit of a mess. She went there herself and helped clean, get rid of things, and organize it into a condition that she thought would facilitate the sale of it. Then she suggested the best way for us to offer it. The net result was much more than I could have ever expected, and in a time frame that I was amazed by.

Mary Lynch was a huge asset during the entire process from listing our house to closing on it a few months later. She helped us with suggestions on minor improvements to make to our home prior to listing which ultimately helped us get the price we were looking for at a time when that wasn't the norm. Her knowledge of the local marketplace was excellent and her warm personality won us over! She patiently fielded all of our questions and was there for us every step of the way. She was outstanding in every aspect of my real estate search and purchase. Mary took me to all of the places I had picked doing my own internet searches.
