Mary was on top of finding me a house 24/7. She knew the area well and recommended the best parts of town to live in. When I was interested in a house, she immediately wrote up an offer. She would even find out if it already had offers. I wouldn't have found a house so quickly without her. I highly recommend Mary.

Mary was awesome! She walked us through the entire process and kept in touch all along the way from sitting down with us to talk about selling the home to listing the house to getting it ready for the open house all the way up to putting the SOLD sign on our front yard. We moved out of state and Mary even helped us through the process of buying our land and building our new home. Would highly recommend using Mary if you're planning to buy or sell a home. Mary, was the agent we picked to sell our home. We interviewed several agents and she was the one we picked. She helped us stage are home and we recieved a good price. She also helped us find a home to buy. She was patient with us as we are a little picky. Excuse me my wife is a little picky. I am a male shove-nest. We found the right home at the right price after looking for several days of looking. She helped us negotiate a great price on a great home. We had some issues closing the escrow but she stayed on top of it the whole time. She even came over with pizza and a cheese cake to feed the crew when we were moving in. Over all a great experience.
