Mary was extremely responsive and very professional. Her knowledge of local area was impressive. She went out of her way to meet us on a very short notice and give us her full undivided attention for an entire Sunday to show us different properties and educate us on local area. Hands down one of the best Real Estate professional we have come across in Lake Tahoe area.

Mary is a superstar! Very knowledgeable, patient, professional and respectful. I especially appreciated how efficient and sharp she is, considering that we were moving from WA and did not have much time on our hands (but we did have an infant and a toddler in tow). Every time we came up, she was thoroughly prepared to maximize our trips. Inadvertently we kept changing our game plan on her, and she would just roll with the punches. As a result of her hard work, we found a perfect home! She also made the whole transaction very easy for us. I feel like she would consistently go above and beyond, never ceasing to amaze. She clearly loves her job and she is clearly very good at it. If you are looking for an ethical realtor who gets things done, I highly recommend Mary.

Mary was very prepared and professional from day one. She knew the area neighborhoods and had all the answers to our specific questions. She took the time to get to know our family and our needs before showing us homes that simply wouldn't work, being most of our reviewing was done remotely this was a true blessing and with 2 small children it made the home buying process so much easier. I cannot recommend Mary Kleingartner enough, she is honest and hardworking. We were lucky to have her on our side.

Very responsive and helpful. We had a short time to find a home and she accommodated last minute changes without a second thought. Interested in getting what we wanted even at expense of her commission. Provided 2nd realtor for areas she couldn't cover. Even after the sale she is willing to go out of her way to help with items and issues!

Mary listed our property after a thorough property and local review of comps and suggested we list at a higher than normal per SQ Foot price as we had an exceptional yard and location. She then set up a local campaign and found us a buyer, negotiating the final price and details while still keeping us above the local price per sq foot. Its not all about price but that is a large measurement. Knowledge of the area to help buyers was important to us because we knew our place was "Special" and it would take someone to understand that, she fulfilled her role and we then used her again to purchase some land to build a new house. Mary also was great on keeing us informed of the process, including each new step.

Mary is amazing! We went through 3 realtors in the area before her, and were beginning to give up on finding the perfect home. Mary made it happen in 2 weeks! As first time homebuyers, we were in great hands, she had amazing recommendations for the home inspection, mortgage broker, etc.! Can't thank her enough!
