We gave her 3 days notice that we would be in town for a weekend to look at houses. She put together a list of properties for us to look at. When we found one, she helped us with the property. Part of the offer was that we would be able to rent the property until closing. This turned out to be a good thing as we found that the property had more problems than we bargained for and thanks to the sellers not adhering to the amendments to the offer, she was able to get us out of that property.
