ZillowVERIFIED Mary was the perfect realtor for me and my husband. We moved from two hours away, so we werent always able to do a physical walkthrough. Mary went above and beyond by doing a remote video tour for us. We walked through many houses but she ended up finding the perfect place for us through her local connections. Highly recommended! 10/10

ZillowVERIFIED Mary was willing to go above an beyond the showings we had scheduled. Impromptu drove 1.5 hours to a different coastal area and we found our dream beach home. She was a great negotiator and very knowledgeable and stayed on top of the entire process to maximize our savings and closing process. Id highly recommend her in any coastal community in north Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Johnson is truly a Real Estate Professional is every sense of the word. She worked diligently to help us find the beach house that was perfect for us. Because we weren't sure what would suit our family, she took the time to show us a wide variety of homes. Many Saturdays she graciously spent her valuable time with us, touring as many as nine homes in one day! Her expertise and knowledge of the market, as well as the current legal codes regarding waterfront properties was very impressive. If we had a question, she always had the contact information for the perfect professional to answer any questions such as remodeling, pool addition, maintenance, property management and MORE! She even helped us find the perfect lender! She stayed in touch with us and guided us with a scripted timeline that made the whole process seamless. We highly recommend Mary Johnson as an excellent real estate PROFESSIONAL!

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor with a personal touch, you could not find a better one than Mary Johnson. Once we met and started on our journey to find the perfect home, Mary stayed vigilant in trying to find what we wanted and needed and showed us many homes. She is dependable and always follows through on each one. After many unsuccessful opportunities came and went, Mary went out of her way to find us our Dream home and actually found it before it ever went on the market. She will do whatever she needs to help you find, secure and make the purchase of a home as easy as possible. She will walk you through each step and keep everything running smoothly in a timely manner. Mary is now our friend as well as realtor and I couldn't recommend anyone else if you too want to find YOUR perfect Dream home. Let Mary make your Dream come true!!! We did

ZillowVERIFIED Mary was not only an Agent, she became a friend. She provided local information, help with local contractors, answers to all our questions and repeated viewings of the property. Mary worked tirelessly on our, as well as the sellers behalf to complete a distance sale. We wondered if she ever took time for herself! She walked us through every step until the sale was filed. We have recommended her to several friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the very fortunate experience of connecting with Mary Johnson. She was listed as the realtor on a home we liked in Florida that we had seen on line and arranged ahead of time to meet with her. We were traveling to Florida for a limited amount of time with the hope of purchasing a retirement home. Mary set aside 3 days for us. They were full days with a full schedule. After discussing with Mary what we were looking for, she arranged an itinerary of what she thought we might like.We saw many homes, much to our liking that were within our price range. Mary was knowledgeable about each. She was able to answer questions and provide guidance...and also had the patience of a saint. We could not have found a more knowledgeable and kind realtor who truly wanted us to find our home. And we did! Mary guided us through the paperwork and purchase of our home and truly went out of her way to assist us throughout the process. We made an offer upon our return to NY and we had the guidance and assurance of Mary's expertise along the way. We could not be more satisfied with the experience and thankful to have Mary as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary was wonderful to work with. Professional, and knowledgeable, always answered my texts or calls quickly. She spent a lot of time with my wife and I looking at properties up and down the Forgotten Coast. My sister was vacationing in the area and Mary met with her to answer a couple of questions I had on a couple of properties, one of which we ended up buying. Being 5 hours away can have it's challenges but Mary was there with me through the whole process,

ZillowVERIFIED There is not a lot more to say when you see the 5 stars on all the items above. However Ann & I were extremely satisfied with Mary from the first day we met with her to discuss our requirements. Mary understood our wants and began immediately providing candidates that were potential properties. She did not send things that did not meet our requirements. Once we selected the property, Mary was with us from the first offer until we closed on the deal. She is an expert in negotating with the seller and provided us with guidance until the deal was completed. She helped us in getting contractor's we needed for work we wanted to do on the property. She provided names and addresses for utility companies we needed to finalize our move-in requirements . It was a rewarding experience to work with an Agent that was with you from beginning to end and was on top of ever requirement. If you want an Agent you can trust and will work with you from beginning to the end on a real estate project, don't look any further than Mary Johnson. Signed, David & Ann Hogan

ZillowVERIFIED Mary was extremely thorough and hands-on throughout the process of selling a beachfront vacation rental property. She had many suggestions about what we needed to do to sell our property. Mary was there every step of the way helping to navigate the mini issues that arose in preparing and marketing the property. I cant imagine another realtor doing anymore than she did to assist us. Our property had many issues, mostly cosmetic and some structural, and Mary was instrumental in guiding us in which of the issues were most critical to address in preparing the house for sale. Without her guidance it is questionable whether we would have been able to sell the property. She is a most pleasant, competent, and professional person.

ZillowVERIFIED We cant say enough positive things about Mary. She helped us with every aspect of our house sale. In some instances she went above and beyond what an real estate agent should be required to do. With her knowledge of structures she was able to help potential buyers understand the unique features of our home. Berkshire Hathaway is lucky to have someone of her caliber, and professionalism. We were very satisfied, and have no hesitation in recommending her.

ZillowVERIFIED With a tight budget, long wish list, conflicting needs, and travel constraints, Mary Johnson helped us to relocate from Michigan to Tennessee. Although it took several months to find just the right property that we could call "home," Mary was a guiding light throughout the process: patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and responsive to our requests. We must have toured over 60 houses in at least 5 communities before we found the one that checked off most of the boxes of our combined wish list. Congratulations, Mary, for staying with us for all those months, not being satisfied until we were, and particularly for helping two picky people find the perfect property!

ZillowVERIFIED My real estate purchase had some unanticipated issues and Mary did a great job working the issues and keeping me informed. She also went the extra mile to put me in touch with inspectors, contractors, insurance agents, & local government personnel to ensure I had access to all necessary info during my "due diligence" period. Probably the best experience I've had involving a real estate transaction

ZillowVERIFIED We were so lucky to meet Mary Johnson and work with her as our Buyer's Agent this summer. We were moving from Brentwood near Nashville and had no firm idea where we wanted to move but were looking all over central Tennessee in a wide radius around Cookeville due to a child in college there. We covered a lot of ground, with hours online as well...sometimes sharing listings and feedback at late hours if requested. Mary knew all about the area and guided us, not only in her car, but with knowledge of home values, neighborhood trends and local features. Each small town had pros and cons to consider, various conveniences, etc. We had a strict requirement for high-speed internet, which she also researched for each listing. She was always pleasant, professional and sweet to work with! Her personality is very patient and she helped keep our expectations realistic, so we soon learned our budget did not match our wish list. We agreed to increase our budget to get more of what we wanted while keeping priorities and potential resale in mind. We saw many homes in each well-planned day of visits and eventually bought one Mary discovered for us. It was not something I had found as she was thinking "out of the box" with her search criteria. The process of offers, negotiations, inspections, closing, etc. was handled very professionally and efficiently. She made us feel "taken care of" in every way and I appreciated her reassurance that everything was taken care of. The electronic document signing was a new thing for us and it was very efficient working from 2 hours away. I do hope to stay in touch as she truly feels like a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED My daughter and I were looking for a 3 bed 2 bath home in Sparta TN. Houses in that area list for significantly higher than our price range. Mary showed us countless houses but never gave up on finding the perfect house in our price range. Once we finally found the perfect house. Mary stood with us through fierce negotiation to obtain a price within our budget. Mary Johnson went above and beyond what is expected from any realtor. I can not begin to tell you how important her expertise helped in obtaining my daughter's first house. Without her help we would have never been able to find my daughter's dream home. Thank you so much for help. I would recommend Mary Johnson to anyone searching for their perfect house. Thanks again Mary.

Her knowledge of the area was impressive. I ended up placing a bid on my home the next morning which was accepted. Since I wished to close from out of state Mary helped me accomplish that also. She even did the final walk through for me on her phone as I watched on mine ! From the first step through the closing she had all the correct answers making my purchase enjoyable.

ZillowVERIFIED We were buying a home in Tennessee while living in New York. Mary went out of her way to arrange time when we came down to show us different houses, this was after weeks of e mailing back and forth about various homes. When we decided which house we wanted, she worked with us to make a reasonable offer, assisted in giving us names of loan brokers, termite inspectors, house inspectors , insurance carriers, etc. She always gave us at least 3 names/companies to choose from. She was available any time of day and any day of the week. She made buying a home from a distance a wonderful, easy, experience. We will never forget how she helped us and would recommend her to everyone.
