They came to our home with a book of the comparable homes in the area, did a fair and honest evaluation of our home and gave us suggestions on how to best market our home. They were in constant communication throughout the entire process. Though receiving above asking price was nice, it pales in comparison with level of service that was provided by Mary Jo and Mike. The assisted us in purchasing this home and 2014 and now selling it in 2021. Mike even went with us when we purchased a new build knowing there was no commission. ZillowVERIFIED Owned a rental house in Peoria, AZ , it was time to sell, did some research for a realtor, found a ton of options, wasn't sure what to expect. We decided to go with Mary Jo Santistevan and right away she put us at ease. Contacted her at the end of Dec 2020 to get things started and she was willing to work with us even though we live in Nevada and still had a tenant in the house. Mary Jo worked with us over about a month and half as we had to wait until the lease was up and the tenant was being a big pain but she stuck with it. Since we were out of state doing clean up and repairs was not going to be easy, but Mary Jo had some local business she works with, she got us quotes for painting inside/ out and carpet, the painters even helped with some minor repair issues ( ymmv), they were very reasonable prices and they all got the work done within days, we were amazed as we expected a few weeks to get it done. We weren't sure how the market was and weren't expecting to get a lot for the house, but Mary Jo knew, we went with her suggestions for listing price and put it on the market on Fri 2-12-21, by Sunday she called and we had 33 offers and several were above the listing price and after going over the offers with Mary Jo we accepted the offer that was best for us, which was 20k over listing!!!! We were completely shocked. We closed on the sale a few weeks later. Mary Jo is awesome, I would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. THAKS MARY JO !!!!!!
