Mary Jo did great for us. My husband and I, and our son, as well, have used her to purchase and sell a few properties. She is always quick to respond even if by text to say it was going to be a few minutes. Always kept us informed of everything happening explaining each process to us. She knew the area. And if there was something she didn't know she was upfront and honest with us about it and would research it calling or texting us with the information no matter the time (we no preferred that). Mary Jo was always on top of it for us. When we had doubts on our selling price she encouraged us to stick with it saying the price was perfect for what we had and our location. When we were buying it was no different, always getting us the the prices we wanted and she felt were perfect for the area. We highly recommend her for all of your home selling or home purchase needs. We have no doubts that she would work as hard for you and she did for us.
