(Coming from a woman with a propensity for overthinking this is saying a lot!!) The day to day check list of items to do while under contract of a house was completed quickly and efficiently. Communication was rapid, clear and assuring. Those things are important in a real estate agent. But Mary Jo brings so much more to the job. Utterly effervescent. She came highly recommended by a family member who had worked with her to sell their home. From the start I knew she was not only very professional but very friendly and going to be fun to work with. I already had some insight on that by my family member and that is why I chose to call her. She had a contract on our land within the week and we found our new home and had a contract on it within the month. She was there when we needed her to answer our questions or make appointments to show us a home. If she didnt have the answer at that moment she got it and got back with us very quick which we sure did appreciate. Everything went great and we now are in the process of moving in.
