Our house buying experience with Mary Jane Ogle was wonderful! She was knowledgable, prompt & communicated with us on all aspects while answering all of our questions. She also went out of her way to schedule to show homes in our time frames as well as pick us up at our hotel as we were buying from out of state. At walk through she negotiated for us quickly to get a flooring issue fixed which was hidden under furniture during inspection & even helped us to find and schedule the repair etc. We will work with her again!

Mary Jane is wonderful! We were very picky when it came to buying a house. She was very patient, never complained about all the dozens of houses she had to show us. We told her our requirements for a house including budget. She stuck to those parameters but helped us think out of the box as well when we could not find something we liked. Mary Jane worked with us to prepare our home for selling. She suggested what we should do, what we could do, and what we didn't need to do. She even loaned us a couch to replace on in the living room that was "dated." At the same time, she helped us look at properties we might buy, and when we found the right one, she spent a Friday night helping us prepare the contract for the buyer. Before we listed our home, she had the video produced and the brochures printed. We only had 24 hours before the open house and first day of the selling period, and because she was totally ready, we were also ready. Our home was beautiful, priced right, and we sold it that weekend. She worked with us in the following weeks with all the details involved in the purchase and sale of both homes, and we closed on both properties without a hitch. She was wonderful, and we couldn't have done it without her. She went above and beyond a realtor's normal duties, and was with us in every detail. We know she is a very busy realtor, but we always felt we were her only clients.
