Mary guided us through the process and was the most patient realtor we could have asked for. Mary never pressured us to jump in on a bid but supported our decisions while always providing her own very useful feedback/knowledge. To Marys credit our ideal home combined with our budget and the areas in and around state college really did limit our options but that did not phase her at all. She always kept a vigilant watch over the local market and would come to us with any homes that fit our criteria and she would go to show us these homes often within 24 hours of it hitting the market. Finally after many homes we found the right one. My wife and I are very happy. I cant imagine that we could have found a better realtor who truly cared about us and our needs than Mary. ZillowVERIFIED We bumped into Tim and Mary at an open house in 2019 during our search for "what you get for the area" - it had long been a dream of mine to buy my own house and we frequented open houses to get an idea of the type of budget we would need for our area. Tim & Mary spent time during that open house discussing the market and we mentioned wanting to see another home than the one they were currently showing. Tim took time out of his day to arrange that showing and we fell in love with the house. Unfortunately, once we contacted a lender, we realized we were still a few years out from making it a reality. Fast forward to 2023, we'd kept in touch with Tim & Mary to include dinner and drinks along the way. We realized it was time and Tim & Mary were waiting in the wings to help us with our home purchase. Combined with their preferred lender, who I now refer to as the Dream Team, we finally closed on September 15, 2023. Her spirit and passion about helping us find a place to call home was unmatched, it did not feel like a business relationship it felt more like a newly found friendship, seeing homes and zoom calls with her were always fun positive and upbeat. We truly enjoyed looking at houses with her so much so that when we found what is now our home, we saw it with the listing agent first, but we knew as soon as we saw it that we needed to get Mary there so she could see it with us.
