C'mon, I was a first time home buyer). As our family grew and we looked to purchase our "forever" home, there was no question as who was the right person to help us. Mary helped us juggle the difficult task of selling and buying a home simultaneously. She negotiated great deals on both fronts. We were more than thrilled with the profit and ease of selling our first home and had a seamless experience in purchasing and negotiating terms on our new home. She lives in the area that I was interested in and she knows the entire Northwest Valley so well. I had tons of questions and she always answered them and always got back with me quickly when I left messages. She listened to my requests and preferences and she researched hard to find the perfect house for me. She is an excellent communicator and worked well with my selling agent in California. She sent me a number of listings to review and told me to send back to her the ones I liked, so that she could get an idea of what to show me when we arrived in Arizona. In just two days I found my dream house, and because it was new construction, Mary volunteered to attend the preconstruction meeting for us, because we had work obligations to meet. Her family is in the construction business so that was a plus. She also negotiated some upgrades for us with the builder. Mary attended our final walk-thru of our new home and pointed out some areas that needed attention. After closing, we did not realize that the one-car garage did not have a lock, and Mary referred us to a reputable person to install an electric garage door opener the same day that our belongings arrived. She also recommended a handyman to install our fans and light fixtures. She truly cares for her clients and I would give her an A+ rating.
