Mary went above and beyond as our realtor! She is knowledgeable and very responsive. We were out of town so she checked on our property at least once a week. Highly recommend!

I recommend with the highest appraisal the disciplined, timely, transparent, patient, informative expertise of Mary Griffin. In a challenging house sale market Mary Griffin was diligent and personable in helping to sort the twists and turns of sale options that resulted in a satisfactory sale.

Mary Griffin is amazing! She went above and beyond her job as a realtor to ensure we were well taken care of. She made herself available day and night to accommodate our schedule and ALWAYS managed to respond right away to our texts and calls. She is 100% the best realtor in the state of NC. Her hard work to make sure we were completely happy will be remembered and appreciated forever!

Having Mary as our realtor was an amazing experience. Within days of placing our house on the market, we had offers. We have bought and sold four homes over the years and never had success that fast. Additionally, we tried to sell the house in years past, but with no luck. Having not lived in Fayetteville in years, Mary took care of all the legwork to get the small repairs, nicks, and scuffs fixed and the house ready for market. She shopped around to find the best, cheapest, and quickest worker for the job while we remained in Florida. Simply amazing work. She kept us constantly informed and was responsive to our questions and needs. In the end, we sold the house at the asking price. Working with Mary to sell our house was an exceptionally satisfying experience and I highly recommend Mary to anyone in the Fayetteville marketplace.

She is the best realtor in NC to sell and buy a home! She has made both experiences pleasant and smooth even though we were out of state both time. I have enjoyed having her help us!

I highly recommend using Mary Griffin for your real estate needs. We bought the first house we ever owned as a young military couple in Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg, NC in 1993. After being a rental for 22 years we were ready to sell. After a failed attempt with another Realtor, I called Mary and she wasted no time getting it back on the market. Because of the distance between us and the property, we relied heavily on Mary to take on tasks we couldnt do. Not only did she do those tasks without hesitation, she did them efficiently, thus minimizing the time the house was on the market. I cant say enough good things about her. Dont waste your time with another agent--call Mary today!

Mary was very professional and patient. She was honest and had great ideas in preparing and selling our home. I was impressed at how she was always available to discuss any issue that came our way. We have a pending contract within the first week of going on the market.

Mary is an absolutely incredible real estate agent and we couldnt be more happy with her work. She is both timely and responsive and was fully invested in helping us find our dream home. She helped us buy our first home and was there for us every step of the way. She simplified a very complex process and went above and beyond her duties. Mary helped us find lenders, contractors, inspectors, and even decide our insurance company. Her knowledge of all of the key players in the area and throughout the process is unmatched. If I could give her 6 stars I would. She is easy to deal with and followed through with every task. I felt completely comfortable with her and knew that she had our best interests in mind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth home buying experience!
