Mary took over our cabin search from another agency and outperformed them by orders of magnitude! She set us up with an automated cabin search but also followed up on those that she thought suited us best. She went out of her way to get us to properties as soon as they came on the market and provided us with very helpful insight on the properties. Once we decided on a cabin, she helped make the whole purchasing process go very quickly and smoothly. She also helped us find additional information about the cabin and contacts for utilities etc. Mary made the process a very pleasurable one and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property in the area.

Our needs for a lake cabin were a bit out of the ordinary, as we have a power-wheelchair user in our family, and we wanted to find a property that would be workable with some minor renovation. Mary took the time to fully understand our needs. Not only did she find properties she thought might work for us, but when we found something we were interested in, she was immediately responsive and set up a showing the same day or very soon thereafter. In the current market, that was extremely important. She made us feel as though we were her only client, even though we know we were not. We finally found a property that would suit our needs, but a week before closing a major problem arose with flood insurance. Mary assisted us greatly in making the decision to not go through with the purchase and successfully made the case for having our earnest money returned. Her patience with us was remarkable! Our search continued and Mary helped us find an even better property that suited our needs. We closed on our new lake cabin in late April of 2021. Mary is everything we could have hoped for in a realtor. She is professional, personable, a great listener, responsive, unbelievably knowledgeable of western Wisconsin, and caring! We could not be happier with our experience of working with Mary!

And, I will admit I have a fondness for our long standing relationship 25+ years with our Broker and now very good friend, so any realtor has BIG shoes to fill. We currently reside in Texas and I'm sure didnt make it easy on Mary with an unclear and changing list of wants/needs of a Lake Cottage. But, she never blinked. She worked with my ability to travel and set up Zoom calls to preview properties before my husband would make a trip. She has a vast knowledge of the area we were looking in and providing much information on the Lakes. All realtors are busy, but one thing Mary did was always made you feel important. She provided key feedback when needed but still let you feel you were in complete power?? Additional, she provided other resources and references when we asked. The most beneficial was we had already completed our financing and she encouraged we speak with a local bank or lender, I am so very happy we did. They made life so easy, it was a well oil machine. Typically, this is a stressful time, the only stress has been packing for the move! Thank you to Mary and her team!
