She was incredibly knowledgeable of the local market, the ideal buyer persona we would need to target, and always acted with a high sense of urgency. She did a good job of setting proper expectations with us in the beginning around timing (our property was attractive for the retiree crowd who typically looks to buy between october and february, yet we were looking to sell in the summer). That said, despite putting our condo on market during the summer, we were able to get under contract within a 24 hour period. She is great at networking, and seemed to have a buyer already lined up once we told her we were ready to sell. It was a long 30 day closing period with a few bumps along the way, but Mary stayed the course and effectively navigated all of the obstacles with ease. Strongly recommend Mary for anyone who needs help buying and/or selling a residential property in SWFL!

She immediately sent us several perfect prospecs. We flew down and she drove us all over and we found a perfect home. we had 60% cash down on a 358K house. To make a very long story short, we had be switch lenders right before closing and were going to throw in the towel due to lack of time. Mary refused to quit and put on her Space Age Warrior suit and flew thru multiple hoops to get us financed and closed in 10 days, including arranging us to rent that home during spring break! You could not pick a more hard working person to represent your interests in purchasing a home!
