ZillowVERIFIED Mary is a very professional agent. When my wife and I were looking for a home in the Mequon area we needed to sell our home first. Mary went through our home and advised us how to prepare our home for sale and also during this time she did a market analysis so we could get top dollar for our home. We received an offer within a few weeks and sometime later our home was sold. Right before we began looking for our new home Mary took the time to meet with us so she could understand our needs and desires. When looking at prospective homes Mary would point certain things out for us to be aware of, things I would have never even considered. Mary did very well when it came to contract negotiations. There were some issues that came up on our inspection and Mary negotiated very well on our behalf and my wife and I were very thankful to have an experienced and professional agent on our side. Mary without question is a God sent. I would have no problem at all referring my family or friends to Mary.

There are a lot of things that go on behind the scenes when youre buying or selling a home in Mary knows all of them she handles them in a professional manner, most of the time you dont even know that there was a problem before it is already taken care of by Mary and her staff.

ZillowVERIFIED I reside in MD and asked Ms. Edwards to gather information on a home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin...a home that was built in 1923 by my Great Grandparents, Ms. Edwards not only did not gather any information on the home, but flat out lied...telling she could not locate the property owner and the house was boarded up. Another agent easily located the owner and coordinated a tour during my trip to Milwaukee. I do not recommend Ms Edwards.

Mary was extremley knowledgeable and was able to educate and help us through the buying process. I really liked the fact that she was punctional and was very good about answering emails and phone calls. Her response time was always so fast. She truly cares about her clients and that extends beyond home buying. Overall, it was a great experience working with Mary.
