ZillowVERIFIED A few years ago, Mary helped my husband and I find and purchase our first home. We looked at about 30 different house until we found "the one." I am a very picky person...wanting a house with character and curb appeal along with all the other requirements like 2 bathrooms, etc. Mary was extremely patient with us and always arrived at the houses we chose to look at on time! This is very important to me as time is money! She also recommended a home inspection business to use (they were awesome as well) and guided us to where we could look to be pre-approved for a loan at the beginning of the process. Mary is extremely responsive, which is absolutely essential while going through the negotiation and buying process.I was so please with Mary that I recommended my sister contact her to purchase her first home as well.To this day, I still feel comfortable reaching out to Mary for information about houses selling in our neighborhood. ZillowVERIFIED Almost any realtor can sell your or sell you a house. There are a few less that have true in-depth area knowledge to know how to correctly price a property. There are even fewer you truly trust to not over sell you for their benefit, a few less that make you feel as if you are their only client, but only a select few that you develop such a relationship with they become nearly family.Mary is a part of that select few. Because of her success, I know she keeps a roster full of active clients at any given time, but you will never know that working with her. You truly feel like she is working a full schedule just for you. She will happily sell your $100k house or spend 6 months finding you a $100k house, if that is what is best for you. She is in it for the people, relationships, and that look on your face when she helps you secure your dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED I was transferred to Fort Wayne from the Philadelphia PA area and had to find a place fairly quickly. Mary was amazing. She responded quickly and when we came out to look for homes had a number of them that met our basic qualifications. As the process went on and she saw our reactions to the various homes she expertly fine-tuned the places we visited, ultimately finding a place that was exactly what we were looking for. She also helped us with the tricky process to coordinate the timing of moving within the timeline that my employer had put in place. We have since recommended her to others and every one of them, without exception, have been very pleased with their experience.
