Since 2017, Mary Dix has successfully closed more than $70 million in residential real estate across Pasadena, Northeast LA and Greater Los Angeles. Mary focuses on helping long-time homeowners decide what comes next, whether it be downsizing, inherited property, or move up buyers.

Mary is an advisor first and a salesperson second. You will find her advising Sellers on prepping their home for a maximum return on their investment as well as helping Buyers navigate the complicated LA market of multiple offers with strong negotiations to ultimately land their desired home. She specializes in Pasadena, South Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Mount Washington, Altadena, Glassell Park, Glendale and Alhambra.

She serves as President of her Homeowner's Association Board and is a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor which gives her firsthand knowledge and experience in pricing homes correctly from the start, as well as reserve studies, special assessments and the less glamorous, but very important details that come with owning a single-family home or condominium.

Mary resides in Pasadena with her Husband, Brian and Shih Tzu Poodle, Willie. In her free time, she is forever in search of the Best Places to Live and Dine in Pasadena and Northeast LA.
