Mary helped me enormously with my out of state purchase of a home in Troy. I lived in California at the time, and needed information and resources to make my decision and complete the purchase in a very short time frame. Mary was there for everything I needed. There were a couple of issues with the inspection, and she stepped in and found vendors, negotiated pricing and assistance from the seller, and researched the rules and costs regarding those items as well as getting the work completed so that I could move in on a short schedule. From the initial call to inquire about making an offer, through the closing process, Mary was personally involved and supportive every step of the way, and we were able to close the transaction and take possession in less than 45 days. As a 40 year real estate professional myself, I found Mary to be exemplary in every way, and extremely responsive to my needs. Mary did a wonderful job early this year of selling the house in Troy. It was only on the market for 1 day. Also got the closing done very rapidly. We have know Mary for quite a few years. She helped us find and did all the paper work we needed to purchase the house we live in now back in 1998.
