It was over a year process but she was with us through it all. She was so patient with us - sometimes realtors feel like they are rushing you, but Mary Beth genuinely wanted the best for us. She gave us great recommendations for staging and preparing for the sale and we sold our home in less than 24 hours. When our appraisal came back low, she fought for us and got a new appraisal at the full sales price. She would communicate issues to our new builder on our behalf and made sure everything with our lender was seamless. 1000000% recommend!
