Mary was a very compassionate person in a difficult situation and time. The home was a challenge due to its size and my need to handle my parents probate and clearing out of the house all at the same time. Throw in the market volatility and craziness of the economy and it was a bigger challenge to stay on track to obtain qualified buyers and be current with the market.

Mary was a joy to work with. We were actually working with another realtor who quite frankly we were not too happy with. Mary happened to call us out of the blue about a house we were interested but no one was calling us back. After one conversation her soft easy sell had us hooked. We dropped the other clown and went with Mary. The house she called us about didn?t work out. She worked with us and found the house I?m sitting in now. One that was better suited for us the the one that didn?t work out. Mary is extremely patient and knowledgeable. You couldn?t find a better person to work with.

You really can?t go wrong with Mary; she worked with us for about a year before we found the home we thought was perfect for a vrbo. She?s knowledgeable about the area and in real estate, was very responsive to our calls and e-mails (we were long distance), and ultimately made sure we got the house we wanted.
