ZillowVERIFIED Mary Bader...cant say enough for years we sat wishing to move and sell an buy what we wanted in a home after owning ours for 13 years an old 1982 built home where we did work but alot more came through the years , septic , 2 story swamp cooler , but a nice well kept home just not for us anymore. We listed our house and sold it within a week on the market with Mary and got what we wanted . We left our house and she found us our new home that the transition was so easy we wernt "homeless" like i worried, and we worried all theough the process it was scarey , and now we are in our new home for almost 1 year from the day we met Mary Bader, and we are so happy , I recomend her to everyone in New Mexico Mary is absolutly amazing, caring, listens , understands ,and so great to be around she puts your nerves at ease and gets what you want and what needs to be done ..Done.

ZillowVERIFIED We originally met Mary when she sold us our home in Albuquerque. When we had to move due to a job change, Mary was our first choice for a realtor. We knew we could depend upon her and her team. Mary and her team were extremely helpful in providing us with competent contractors, painters, etc... Since we had not planned on moving we were definitely not ready to place our home on the market in a manner that would bring the best price. Mary and her team went to work immediately. She began marketing the house before we were finished with the repairs and updates. She diligently worked with other realtors to gain our asking price. Though we had to work long distance to complete the sale, Mary and her team were patient, cordial and caring in their approach to our needs while instructing us regarding how the process would work in a fair way for both the buyer and us. We were so thankful for the kind and helpful way Mary and her team treated us through out the entire process. If we relocate back to Albuquerque, Mary will be our first choice for a realtor!

Mary was responsive to all our questions about the process of a home sale in New Mexico. She also understood the special aspects of selling a home for a senior who is having to let go of her independence and giving up her home of 20 years. Mary worked very hard for all three of us from staging and photography through a successful sale. She was both proactive and responsive in her communication with us from a distance. She was especially sensitive to my mother and this process, and Mary visited her several times, brought her baked goods, and kept her up to date on the process in person. ZillowVERIFIED I sat next to someone on the airplane that referred me to Mary Bader. My seatmate had a similar experience as we currently were . We had moved our mother into assisted living at Atria and were looking at the daunting task of finding a realtor to sell the home our mother just adored! What made it doubly challenging was that both my brother and I lived out of state. The whole experience of elder care, doing the next right thing for our mom, and finding someone that would be sensitive to our situation seemed like a tall order. We met two outstanding realtors in advance of meeting Mary, however once I met Mary I knew she was the one. Selling a home for seniors is a different process with different sensitivities. Mary was very tuned in to what those intangibles were. I personally felt like we had a family member on the other end that had my mom's back. She made sure she was included in all the decision making and was always available for questions my mom had. Mary was simply the best! She and her team were and are remarkable!

Though we were already moved out of town she didn't miss a beat keeping us informed every step of the way. This sweet lady went above and beyond to make sure we understood EVERYTHING! If ever we had a question she made the time to talk with us. Never once did we feel we were not being taken care of. We appreciate her being up front and positive in all the steps we had to take, not only with us but with our Lender too. We knew our home needed some repairs so she gave us referrals to call. She or her assistant ensured that we were represented by one of them when the repair companies arrived at our home. She made sure the job was done right. I would be proud to recommend Mary to friends and family. When we move back to NM you can bet we will be calling on her to help us find the perfect home just as she helped our daughter do. ZillowVERIFIED Before writing this review I tried to think of a headline or some tag that I would use to describe my experience with Mary that would sum everything up in a few words. What I came up with was "Hard Working". Yes many people are "hardworking" and it's a quality that I love in people but Mary continually exceeded my expectations with the work she gave to helping me get my house sold. I was by no means selling a half million dollar house but rather a modest working class home and I was honestly shocked with the ammount of efffort she put in for what would be a much smaller comission, which tells me several things: One, she is dedicated to doing hard work regardless of the outcome; Two, she loves what she does. She gave what I saw as 100% from start to finish and for that I admire her. Once my house had sold it was broken into *the night before closing* which spun us into a flurry of 'get it fixed' so we could close that afternoon. This was another place where Mary really shocked me with her ethic. I was expecting to be flying solo getting the house cleaned up and fixed and Mary was there every step of the way helping me get stuff done; She didn't have to do that. I know some could say 'well there's a conflict of interest there where she wants to get paid' and I can assure you this was above and beyond wanting to get paid but something more of a moral responsibility. (e.g. She personally thanked the neighbor for calling the police on the thieves and later bought her flowers and a card as a thank you (the robbery could have been much much worse). She also brought me lunch as I was working to get a door replaced. Brought me lunch!....how cool is that!?) Anyrate, she sold my fathers house, she sold my house, and I will continue to use her as I earn my living flipping houses. Thanks Mary!

Mary provided realistic timeline and told us what to expect upfront. She followed up with the lender and provide update regularly so we were always in the loop. Our short sale got rejected twice, and we would have given up if Mary has told us there was no other way, instead, she did more research and attempted several times to file appeals. Finally for third dispute, the short sale was approved. It was a pleasure working with Mary and we would recommend her to anyone we know in the area as we know she is the best at what she does.
