Review Mary Anne knows the market and understands the pricing of homes . Our home is on a hill side and with all the wild fires in California she was able to sell the 40 year old custom home without the fear of burning down.

Review Mary Anne is the consummate professional who works extremely hard on your behalf to help create the outcome you most desire. She and her assistant, Suzy Hayman, helped us to buy and sell our house and property which was in a more remote area with numerous challenges. Mary Annes extensive knowledge, strong relationships with other realtors and perseverance made a challenging process go as smoothly and quickly as possible. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Mary Anne and Suzy.

Review After receiving and reviewing formal proposals from 6 different real estate professionals, which included their market assessment, marking plan, and recommended listing price, we selected Mary Anne Veldkamp with Coldwell Banker. The professionalism reflected in their proposal, was exhibited in their marketing and negotiation strategy demonstrated after their selection. Mary Anne, along with her broker Tom Kemper, were both very professional, as well as a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, and kept us well informed. We would definitely use them again, and would strongly recommend them.

Review Mary Anne Veldkamp is the ultimate real estate professional. We selected her based on her unmatched experience in the Shiloh Estates area we were interested it. She skillfully helped us navigate a complicated/elongated mortgage process while keeping the sellers from pulling out after multiple missed deadlines. We could not have it without her.

Review We worked with Mary Anne to purchase a property in Sonoma County and, as part of that process, looked at many alternative properties. Mary Anne has an extensive knowledge of the local real estate markets, she is easy and fun to work with, she provided invaluable advice to us in the buying process and we would absolutely work with her again.

Review We hold Mary Anne Veldkamp in the highest regard. She spent a year with us looking for the right property. She is extremely efficient and timely, she knows the Santa Rosa area like the back of her hand, and she is very smart. She tackles all concerns, and finds answers. Most importantly, she has a high ethical standard, and knows many (most?) of the realtors in the area. We feel very fortunate to have worked with Mary Anne.

Review MaryAnne is by far the best realtor I know. She is professional and personable, hardworking, capable and thoroughly pleasant. It took over a year for us to finally find the right place and MaryAnne stuck with us with grace and equanimity. If she couldn't answer immediately, she always called us back promptly. MaryAnne showed us a wide array of properties in the Sonoma and Napa Valleys and was knowledgeable, graceful and effective. When our offer was accepted, she did a marvellous job taking care of administrative issues and inspections. We felt in very good hands throughout the whole process, from the beginning of our search to the day we closed. I recommend MaryAnne without any reservation whatsoever.

Review Mary Anne is an extremely successful real estate professional in Sonoma County and for a good reason! She is hard-working, personable, honest, and very professional. She represented us with the purchase of our home in 1994, then sold it for us when we decided to downsize 23 years later. The photo portfolio she had prepared for our first Open House was just amazing -- we literally had a buyer with 4 days of listing. You simply cannot go wrong when you choose Mary Anne Veldkamp to represent you in a real estate purchase or sale.

Review Mary Anne planned and executed a strategy that prempted a potential short sale or foreclosure during the cold, wet and depressing winter of 2010. Mary Anne is totally plugged in to the Sonoma County real estate scene - especially $million+ country properties/estates (horses, vineyards) throughout Sonoma County. She knows how to leverage CB's many tools and resources. May Anne is creative, persistent, tenacious, responsive, consultative, compassionate and effective. She makes it happen!
