ZillowVERIFIEDMary Anncontacted us quickly and was really valuable in each step of the process. I was moving from another state & Mary Ann helped arrange each step in the process when I was available. She showed us a couple of similar houses near the one that we had picked out so that we could make the best informed decision. I could not have been more pleased with her work & personality! You could tell that she wanted the fairest deal for us. You absolutely cannot go wrong working with Mary Ann!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving from Phoenix to Garrett KS and found a house we were interested in on Zillow. I found a few local agents in the area and made some calls. Mary Ann Pearson was the first to call me back and lucky we were. Mary Ann knew of the house we were interested in and was quickly able to give us information on it. We asked about several other homes and she had knowledge of all of them and she was able to text me information on them. We decided on one and did a video walk through on it and gave me names of people to do the general inspection and electrical inspection and sewer inspection. She had to visit the property several times during these inspections to be sure they took place in a timely manner. She also set up the title company and got me the information to get the utilities turned on. On our drive to Garnett from Phoenix she gave us a text telling us the house was ours and met us there when we arrived. I would suggest not buying a house site unseen unless you are using a professional agent like Mary Ann Pearson. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Ann makes real estate simple. Even with being 1500 miles away from the home we were selling and the pandemic, stress was low. You can trust her and that is key in this process.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Mary Ann when we toured one of her listings and never looked for another realtor! She does everything a great realtor should do: communicates well, follows up, follows through on commitments, asks and answers great questions, and generally keeps here keen eyes open for anything that might be a good fit. My wife and I loved using Mary Ann to buy our house, and when its time to list it some day in the future - she will be the one getting the call! Thanks again Mary Ann!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Ann is very friendly and easy to talk with. We were buying a house while living out of state. She went over all the details and explained them to us. She was very responsive to our questions. Since we were purchasing from out of state we relied on her a lot and she came through each time. We would gladly have her as our realtor again. She stayed up with many of the details such as insurance coverage, appraisal services, she handled the inspection for the house and communicated with the mortgage company about several items. We highly recommend that you choose her as your realtor if you are planning on purchasing a home in the area.Donnie & Vickie Shepherd

ZillowVERIFIED You cant go wrong with Mary Ann Pearson as your agent. We decided, on a whim, in a slow market, to test the waters for our house. Our house sold within two weeks, with Mary Ann doing everything in her power to make it happen. She is honest, very kind and works tirelessly for you. Mary Ann is not above taking your dogs for a walk, if they need to be out of the house for a showing; making your bed; running around town picking up receipts for repairs made to the home; arranging for contractors to give bids; meeting at odd times that are convenient for you; providing endless encouragement; and the list goes on. We would highly recommend Mary Ann Pearson when the times comes to buy, or sell, your home!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Ann is a 5 star realtor, person and friend. She took the time to get to know me, my family, and our needs/wants. This allowed us to work together and find the perfect house for us. Mary Ann did all the work and made the home selling/buying process a positive and fun adventure. I had listed my home twice before and experienced months of no luck. Mary Ann listed my house and had a full price offer in 3 hours! Hard to beat that! Thank you Mary Ann for all your hard work, dedication and knowledge. Congratulations on all your awards as a realtor, truly all very well deserved!

ZillowVERIFIED She worked well with us and she had to work a lot. We bid on a house and the deal could not be struck so it fell apart and we went on to another. We did got a home, finally! But oh- she had to show us many places over months of time. Also she often had to wait for us at appointments and she never complained. Not once. Then the brokerage we were going through met with a delay, so there were a few stall moments, had to delay the closing, etc. MaryAnn remained cheerful throughout. She was energetic and upbeat always. I would definitely work with her again.K Meyer

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing Service! Mary Ann took my rental property and sold it in one day. She not only had to work on very strict parameters, because I could not afford to loose my tenants. She was told not to make the sale public, and not be put on the mls. But with only word of mouth sold my rental property in one day!

ZillowVERIFIED Moving from my hometown California was a big decision in my life let alone purchasing a house. Moving to a state where I dont know no one was difficult for me to trust anyone to help me purchase my first home. However, when I met Mary Anne I automatically gained trust with her being our realtor due to her kindness and knowledge! Throughout the process she made sure we understood every step of the way, always went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable, has a lot of patience, and best of all made it super fun.
