We began the process almost a year ago with some phone calls and virtual tours after I saw a listing on Zillow, but my mother became ill and pushed our search to a back burner. When we were ready to begin again, Mary Ann picked right up where we left off and quickly helped us get to speed on current market conditions. I flew in from Iowa and the next day, she had several listings scheduled for viewings including one that had just come on market; not for long as we put in an offer that same day which was accepted. Mary Ann bent over backwards to work with us over a prolonged search -- I cant imagine anyone else doing the same. Then when I had to return to Iowa, Mary Ann and Kelsey went above and beyond representing us at closing, at walk thru, greeting the inspector, meeting with the current tenent, etc. It had been almost 40 years since we bought a house and the first time we had bought a house out of state -- Mary Ann and her firm were so helpful guiding us thru the process and getting us our dream retirement home,

Since I lived hundreds of miles away, they also arranged many inspections and repair estimates. She also threw a party to celebrate our new home after we closed on the sale. After the sale, Mary Ann has continued to be helpful by letting vendors into the home to provide services. She even noticed that the air conditioning was not on and that it was getting very hot inside, and she got me the name and phone number of the company that had installed all three HVAC units last year. Mary Ann has always been my primary contact, but she and her partner, Kelsey, have both been wonderful and extremely helpful.

Mary Ann was everything you would hope for in a realtor. Not only is she knowledgably, responsive, skilled, and an expert in her field: she has an amazing personality too! I was able to find my home in less than a week and outbid several offers (without overbidding or going over budget) due to her guidance. She had my back at all times reviewing contracts and would call to follow up on all tasks. ZillowVERIFIED When my husband got a job in Fort Walton Beach, it meant we would be moving from New Hampshire to Florida. I went online and started reading reviews on realtors there and that is where I read about Mary Ann Miller. All of the reviews on her sounded too good to be true, but it turns out they were right on point! Mary Ann and Kelsey are an amazing team. Mary Ann first showed us houses in Fort Walton Beach in December of 2018 so that we could get a feel for the area that we would be moving to the following May. She was delightful and knowledgeable. Throughout the six months we had many questions and concerns that she guided us patiently through. When it was time for us to purchase, we had a two day time frame, and she lined up all of the houses for us to see during that time. As she and Kelsey showed us houses they were pleasant to spend time with, honest and observant. They were able to answer all of our many questions. They advised us against a couple of the houses on our list based on information that we would have had no way of knowing, and possibly saved us from making a decision we would have regretted down the line. When we were driving and spotted a house we were interested in seeing, they put everything else on hold and contacted the listing agent for that house so we could see it right then! When we found the perfect house, Mary Ann suggested an offer price, and our offer was accepted. Mary Ann was able to pull all of the paperwork together before we left a day later, making sure everything was in place before we flew back to NH. Mary Ann represented us during home inspection when we couldn?t be there and kept us organized through the entire purchase process. She answered every email, phone call and text promptly. She found the best home insurance quote and provided names and numbers for the area?s utilities. She even sent us reminders, such as to make sure the closing company knew we would be closing on the house from NH and would need to have the documents overnighted to us in NH. We were unable to be there for the 24 hour walk-through, so Kelsey stood in for us and kept the house key until we could travel down from NH a few days later. The entire team of people who worked with us, recommended by Mary Ann, were nothing short of highly professional, courteous, patient and efficient, including the lender, the title company and the home inspector. Throughout the entire process, we were made to feel that we were the only people who they were working with! If we ever purchase or sell a home, I will be looking for Mary Ann, Kelsey and their team to walk with us through that process.
