About Mary Ann Green

Real estate is my business, serving the needs of others is my goal in life. My real estate business is built on Christian priciples and treating others as I would want to be treated. After 24 years of working with SW Bell, 14 of those years as an outside plant engineer, I was laid off in 1994. That's where my real estate career started. After only 2 years in real estate, I obtained my real estate broker's license and opened my own office. I am a past president of the Bastrop Board of Realtors. My company has the strength of a national company, Coldwell Banker, and the ease of working with a local Realtor who has knowledge of the local markets. I service several counties, including: Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Lee, Travis and Williamson. Our office is in Bastrop, Texas, a beautiful small town community with beautiful golf courses, towering pine trees, the Colorado River, affordable real estate prices and a good cross section of retail stores and local shopping on Main Street. We worked with Delia for over a year because we were very picky and knew what we were looking for. The market in our area is very tight when it came to wanting land and a decent house for a decent price. Delia was very patient and kept in contact and sent us homes she thought we would be interested in. We actually only looked at two homes and put a offer in on the one we wanted and got it quickly. Delia then immediately helped us sell our current house during a very slow time Christmas we sold our house in only weeks. We are in our forever home now and loving the freedom of being land owners. She gave us suggestions of how to improve our property to bring in interested buyers. She kept us up to date when there was interest or declines. If she saw a decline in interested buyers she would talk to us about maybe lowering the price. I would Highly recommend using Bonny Joplin as an agent. I believe she went beyond the call of duty.
