I've been fortunate in that I've had the pleasure of working with Marvin on the sale of two of my homes. The first home he helped me with was located in the city of La Mirada. The real estate market was down and selling was extremely difficult. Marvin stayed on top of everything during the entire process and came through exactly as he said he would. The second home he helped us sell was located in Whittier. This was a rental property we owned and unfortunately our tenants left four months before the term of their lease was over. My wife and I decided that we no longer wanted to retain the property and asked Marvin to help us sell it. At this time the market was still dry and sales were not very good be again he came through and got the house sold. Marvin is an absolute professional that I will and have recommended to my friends and associates.
