About Marvene Jesus

I have lived within the counties of Calaveras and Amador most of my life. I ventured out a couple of times but always ended up back home, for I found there is truly no place like it. I've continued to live and grow my family here. We enjoy the many activities our local community, parks & recreation have to offer.

We as sellers were very impressed with Marvene s wanting to be attentive with our questions and the processing of our property. We very much enjoyed her ambition and smiles. Thank you so much for making this process easy.

If you're looking for a realtor who is punctual, patient, knowledgeable and diligent call Marvene! We purchased a vacation home in Arnold with Marvene in December of 2021. She was great! She's outgoing, easy to talk to and makes you feel important. We were unsure of the area we wanted to be in and she was happy to show us, for several months, different areas. She never rushed us to a decision just to close a sale. Marvene wanted to make sure we were making our best choice, and not some quick easy choice. On each showing, she would provide us with comps and info in the area. Once we found the home, she was very creative and smart with the offer. She would write an offer that would help set us apart with more than just the total dollar amount. Once in contract, she was great with her follow up and follow through with the various items to be addressed and negotiating the expenses between us and the seller Overall, we couldn't be happier with Marvene and our experience with her!
